Refund policy

We understand unexpected situations may arise, leading to order cancellations/returns. Prioritize due diligence to minimize returns.

Return Eligibility: 
Ship your unopened item within 14 days of order reception in the original box for eligibility.the opened or used item non eligibility for return.

Accessories and parts are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.


Unshipped Orders:
Can be canceled subject to a 3% merchant processing fee.

Responsibility: 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient,The items will not acceptable to return if there is Damaged, scratched, or used when we received.

Defective Products
Reporting:If the product is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately for repair or replacement arrangements, at no cost to you.

Continued Use
The return policy does not apply if the product is used after noticing a defect.

Refunds
Eligible returns will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs from our warehouse to the recipient and a 3% card processing fee and 15% restock fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
